more mould news

Ok so here’s the update! I have been released from my contract and can go when they find a new tenant, and if they haven’t before the end of December I can go then. Was a kind of compromise as the contract attached to the room is extremely harsh with no break clause within the first 6 months and I was wanting out now.

The citizen’s advice were rubbish-told me to write letters to them (which were ignored) and ask them nicely to let me go. Pah! Think I might get environmental health on the scene.

The mould itself is pretty aggressive it gets to the state it is in the picture in 3 days.

Anyway, I better go I have to write to the slimeball estate agent confirming everything which was said in our meeting, and address things which he ignored.

Feel very relieved but very angry too, especially as I have to continue paying rent to live there.

Cool, did you have to show them your cambridge law degree certificate?

Hmm, disappointing on the citizens advice situation, we really are better off with direct action. I'm just off to find an oxycetalene torch, I'm sick of walking round those barriers they put up at junctions...

Said barriers have, in fact, been proven to be entirely detrimental to the safety of pedestrians. I personally would have been crushed by passing auto-traffic numerous times were I not so spry as to be able to vault the obtuse obstructions contructed on the orders of God-knows which foolish H&S directive. I think my point realls is that you should consider gymnastic training, Anna.
